Trader Joe’s Summer Must Haves
Happy Self Care Summer! That is the theme of my hybrid working summer. Lots of fitness classes, reading, getting some much needed sun, and working on having a solid reset before senior year.

Lobster, mango, s’mores, and strawberries galore!! Summer meals filled with summer grown fruits and vegetables are the best and Trader Joe’s is filled with so many healthy and unique options. Although I haven’t tried everything on this menu yet, I would love to make it a checklist of items to try this summer! The caramelized onion and bell pepper patties sound like an amazing dinner that could come after a delicious appetizer of cowboy caviar and chips paired with an aperol spritz. You could finish off your meal with a sweet slice of lemon ginger cheesecake. Happy summer snacking!
