December 2023 Reading List

Happy Vlogmas!!! I am so excited for the month and to attempt to vlog each day leading up to Christmas. I tried last year and didn’t make it all of the days. As y’all know I love to read and make lists. So, today I decided to compile a list of the books I recommend reading this month and that I plan on reading this month. (I obviously won’t get through all of them!) If you guys like this format, I’ll make monthly reading lists!!

  1. The Winter Street Series by Elin Hilderbrand

Elin Hilderbrand curates the perfect summer novels that take place on Nantucket and feature family and relationship drama. This four book series takes place during Christmas on Nantucket and follows the Quinn family through each of their own family and relationship issues during the holiday season.

  1. The President is Missing by James Patterson and Bill Clinton

I am currently reading this book and it’s an amazing fast paced thriller as seen through the eyes of the president. This is my first book by James Patterson and he definitely lives up to the thriller hype!

  1. One Day In December by Josie Silver

A cute love story about fate that takes place in December and around the holidays. A woman spots a man and tries to see him again in the same place at the same time for years until she is introduced to him, but as her friend’s boyfriend.

  1. The Winter In Paradise Trilogy by Elin Hilderbrand

Another winter series by Elin Hilderbrand. This series is only three books compared to The Winter Street Series which is four. These books take place on the beaches of Saint John. A woman finds out her husband is dead and the drama and love story plays out in these three novels! I hope to at least start the series this month.

  1. The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins

The new movie, The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes recently came out and has sparked a trend of The Hunger Games Series re-trending. I remember reading this book in third or fourth grade, but after seeing the hype all over social media again, I feel like reading this book again.

I truly love compiling reading lists because I feel like I am always excited to read something new and find new books to read! Please leave your reading recommendations and what you are reading this month below! I wish you all an amazing final month of the year full of happiness and personal growth!

Xoxo,

Hannahlane
