Blueberries are one of the best summer fruits rich in antioxidants and health benefits. Some of these benefits include heart health, brain function, anti-inflammatory, and increased digestion benefits. There are so many amazing ways to enjoy blueberries if you don’t like eating them right from the carton!

  1. Freshly washed from the carton 
  2. In a fresh fruit smoothie
